Hey lovelies! I am so sorry for being absent lately. I have been going through a lot and writing and taking pictures have been very difficult. But fortunately, I am back and ready to review and style more beautiful pieces.
Today review won’t be as long as usual, mostly because unfortunately, the bra doesn’t fit me. But I thought it would still be interesting to feature it on this blog, since I haven’t reviewed so many Curvy Kate pieces during the past three years.

The Curvy Kate Victory is a very popular style of the brand. It actually comes in 8 different versions. If you love strappy detailing, the Victory Viva might get your attention but the brand also recently released a Victory X version. I received the Amore colorway a few months ago, and I would say that it is the most romantic version.
The fit
Victory Amore is a four-parts full cup bra. The lower part of the cup features vertical seams made of floral lace lined with light pink mesh. The top of the cup is very stretchy and allows a lot of top fullness. As you can see in the picture above, the bra also features side panels in order to center the breasts.
This construction is really meant for a lot of uplift and a rounded shape. The particularity of the Curvy Kate Victory bra is definitely the triangle gore cutout. To be honest, this gore feels a bit wide and high for my breasts shape. I wish I had a more suitable size to know if it would make a difference. I have a feeling that I could wear a 30F or 30FF. My breasts don’t seem to be smaller, so I would like to try more Curvy Kate bras to know if they fit me the same way. The wires are rather wide, but then again, I would need to get the right size to make an objective critic of this bra. The back is wide and stable and features a wide hooks and eyes opening. The fully adjustable straps are also quite stable and comfortable.
The coordinate I received is a cute shorty. I really like this shape. It’s a very flattering bottom, I love how it looks from the back and it’s relatively VPL-free. Overall Victory seems to be very supportive and secure. It’s clearly made with fuller busts in mind and I would recommend it for full on top or even breasts shape. If you have full on bottom breasts, it would be a good idea to size down one or two sizes.
Let me know if you have any question. 🙂
Yours truly,
Wen
